God is my heavenly father.

He loves me when I disobey and when I serve Him.

He forgives me repeatedly, and provides for all my needs.

Even his discipline is not retribution, but correction for my benefit, not His.

He is larger than the Universe, yet He sees me,

a lowly speck on the small planet called Earth.

How blessed I am!

He bestows me with gifts like a drive to research

and an ability to put my thoughts

into words which were meant to honor and glorify Him.

I cannot fathom sacrificing my one and only child,

yet He did willingly to save all of us.

How amazing,

how awesome,

how great is my God!
